The calendar on Ashfield.org is the town's official posting place for meeting notices. View the calendar here.

In keeping with Open Meeting Law, notices for Ashfield boards and commissions will always be posted at least 48-hours in advance of the meeting (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays). Notices for emergency meetings do not have to meet these guidelines and will be posted as soon as possible in keeping with the law.

Notices for regional boards are also included on the calendar as an informational courtesy, although this website is not the official posting place for these meetings and they may not always follow the 48-hour schedule. If you have a particular interest in one of these boards you may want to follow their website for the most timely information (for example, the Mohawk Trail Regional School District calendar here).

How to Sign Up For Alerts

You can receive calendar alerts by email or text message: you will receive one notice for each new meeting that is posted. The volume of notifications varies from a few per week to a few per day.

To sign up, visit this page and follow the instructions. Anyone signing up needs to enter an email address; after that step you can choose if you want to receive email or text messages.

To unsubscribe, you can visit the same page, enter your email address, and uncheck your selections. Or you can unsubscribe by following the instructions in the emails or text messages you receive.
