Amendments to the General and Zoning By-laws are proposed to and become effective upon adoption by Town Meeting and approval by the Attorney General. Both documents are updated as needed. Comprehensive copies of both are available at the links below or in hard copy by request to the Town Clerk's office.
- The ZONING BYLAWS were last amended on December 17, 2018.
- Revisions to both the Solar Bylaw and Table of Contents were unanimously approved at Special Town Meeting on August 8, 2022, and are currently under review by the Attorney General's office. View the proposed Solar revision, and the proposed Table of Contents. Further information and appropriate revisions to the bylaws will be posted upon notice from the Attorney General.
