The Town Administrator is responsible for the provision of administrative and supervisory work overseeing the services provided by of all of the Town’s departments, commissions, boards and offices under the jurisdiction and polices of the Select Board. The Town Administrator is recognized as the department or functional area’s authority in interpreting the guidelines, in determining how they should be applied, and in developing operating policies. The employee is required to perform all similar or related duties as required by the Select Board.
