The Ashfield Cultural Council invites and encourages Ashfield residents to apply for a Local Cultural Council Grant. 

If you have an idea for a program, event, workshop or class that is based in the arts, sciences or humanities, then you may be eligible. This may include, but is not limited to, ideas based on agriculture and farming, local history, nature, science or environmental education as well as the visual arts, theater, music, dance, literature and poetry. We typically award between $200-$400 per successful grant but more may be given depending on the criteria met.
 
 Our goal is to support the culture in Ashfield, but in order to do so, we need you to apply by October 17th. Applications open September 1st.
