I. Call meeting to order for the purpose of reorganization—Superintendent Michael Buoniconti
1. Election of a Chairperson
2. Election of a Vice-Chairperson
3. Appointment of a Secretary
4. Set day, time and place for regular meetings
5. Authorization for Superintendent to appoint Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer
6. Authorization for the Treasurer, with the approval of the Superintendent, to borrow money within the legal limit from time to time in anticipation of revenues beginning July 1, 2019 until June 30, 2020, in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 71, Section 16, and to issue a note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with the said General Laws
7. Reauthorization for Budget Subcommittee to act on behalf of the full committee as the Warrant Signing Committee, as specified in Chapter 71 Section 16A of Massachusetts General Laws. No less than three members of the Budget Subcommittee/Warrant Signing Committee will sign each warrant
