2. Citizen Comments – will be taken throughout the meeting when appropriate 3. Report from joint meeting with Buckland and Shelburne Finance Committees
4. Discuss format of Budget presentations
5. Update on status of Draft FY20 Budget
6. Vote to recommend to School Committee approval of raising the hourly rate for substitute teachers to the Massachusetts minimum wage of $12.00 per hour as of January 1, 2019
7. Vote to renew the Two-District Shared Services Agreement between Mohawk Trail Regional School District and Hawlemont Regional School District
8. Vote to recommend to School Committee approval of Budget Transfer of $5,000.00 from Job Placement Coach Salaries to Building Equipment (MTRS)
9. Other, i.e., items not reasonably anticipated within 48 hours of the meeting
10. Adjourn
