Post a Meeting

To post an official meeting use the templates (see below) to create a required notice with details and an agenda.  Attach the meeting notice document to an email and send it to  MA state law requires that the meeting be posted no more than three business days otherwise it cannot legally take place in order for interested parties to attend. These meeting post requests are sent to the town clerk for further processing and official posting.
