Post a Community Newsflash
Use this form to post a community newsflash on the town's website. Once received, it will be reviewed to ensure that it adheres to the town's website policies before it is posted. You will be notified after it is appropriately handled.
Post a Community Calendar Event
Use this form to post a community event to the town's events calendar. Once received, it will be reviewed to ensure that it adheres to the town's website policies before it is placed on the events calendar. You will be notified after it is appropriately handled.
Post a Meeting
To post an official meeting use the templates (see below) to create a required notice with details and an agenda. Attach the meeting notice document to an email and send it to postmeeting@ashfield.org. Except in cases of emergency, a public body must provide the public with notice of its meeting at least 48 hours in advance, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. These meeting post requests are sent to the town clerk for further processing and official posting.
