    In the name of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town, qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs, to meet at the Town Hall in said Ashfield on Saturday the sixth of May 2017, at Ten O'Clock in the morning. 

    Copies of the Annual Town Meeting Warrant are available at the Post Office, Town Hall,and on our website as an attachment under the Town Meeting and Election news article.

How do I Register to Vote in Ashfield?

By Mail: Mail-in registration forms are widely available, including by downloading the PDF file link below. You may also request a mail-in registration form from the Ashfield Town Clerk’s Office (413) 628-4441 x5 who can mail a form to you. Mail the completed form to:

In Person: Stop by the Town Clerk’s office at Ashfield Town Hall and complete an affidavit of registration, which must be answered truthfully under the penalty of perjury. The questions on the affidavit will include your name, residence and date of birth.

At the Registry of Motor Vehicles: Keep your motor voter receipt until you receive confirmation from your local election official (Ashfield Town Clerk).

In each case, you should receive a confirmation notice in 2 to 3 weeks. If you do not, please contact the Town Clerk’s office to verify your voting status.
