Ashfield Community Theater presents "A Delightful Quarantine"

Ashfield Community Theater is pleased to present A Delightful Quarantine by Mark Dunn.  This heart-warming comedy about how people react when there's nowhere else to go runs in late May and early June.

An abrupt quarantine shuts the residents of seven Pennsylvania houses and their visitors indoors for three days. Trapped together are a mother and the daughter she gave up for adoption years before, two couples who find themselves stuck with each other’s spouses,  a cat lover and her non-cat-loving date, two 11-year-olds playing dress-up with an elderly neighbor’s treasure trove of outfits, and more.

Shows are at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, May 26 and 27, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 28, and at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 2.  Tickets are $6 for the Sunday matinee on May 28 and $12 for all other dates.

Performances  are at Ashfield Town Hall, 412 Main St, Ashfield  This production is directed by Dan Jarvis and is a collaboration with the Outrageous Misfortunates comedy ensemble.
