Yankee Magazine called Elmer's pancakes "the best in New England" and that is because we got our recipe from Marian and Willie Gray of Gray's Sugarhouse. The Inn at Norton Hill is located in a 200 year old house across the street from Elmer's. The rooms are beautifully appointed; the decor features a cross between Colonial New England and the rich colors of a happy life. Sleep at the inn, eat at Elmer's the next morning; the room price includes full breakfast there. We also have a gorgeous dining room where we cater wedding receptions, family reunions, readings, meetings and just about any other reason groups of people have to get together.
